Samsung has announced 15 new phones today at CeBit. Only one of those is a UMTS handset - the SGH-Z140. Here are the currently known features for this phone:

  • Video Recording in MPEG Format
  • Play MPEG4, MP3 and AAC
  • Bluetooth, InfraRed, USB
